JTF Chair Dr. Bruce Howe and colleagues, including several from the JTF, published a comprehensive paper entitled “SMART Subsea Cables for Observing the Earth and Ocean, Mitigating Environmental Hazards, and Supporting the Blue Economy” in Frontiers in Earth Science.
